How can I find out how much it will cost to get my hair colored and/or cut?

There are many factors when determining the cost of hair services. Some of these factors may include, hair length, density. Other factors can include level of stylist, technique involved to achieve your desired look.  A consultation is recommended to best determine the cost and achievability of your desired look.

What is the "Product Charge" I am seeing on my invoice?

We believe in transparency. Our service menu is designed to be partially a la carte. For example, a root touch up is $50 + product charge and a blowout is $35+. This means your base service for the labour portion is $85 + Product charge. Product charge is calculate using our Vish weight system to calculate that accurate cost of the product needed for your service. This is great because you only pay for the actual product that is needed for your hair vs us having a generic charge. You may require more/less product than another guest, why would you pay the same?

Why do I have to get a finishing service with my hair color?

A finishing service is required in order for us, and you to see the final results of your hair service. Wet hair looks very different than dry hair and there for we need to see it completed, and so do you, before you leave so that we can work out any issues should they arise.

Do you offer a guarantee with your service?

Yes we do! Provided you are using salon quality at home hair care recommended by your stylist. Should you have any problems with your hair color, we are more than happy to address your concerns within 14 days to be sure that you are happy with your results!

How long should I let me hair grow in before waxing or sugaring?

The day of your appointment your hair should be at least 1/4" long ( the length of a grain of rice). This allows the wax / sugar to grip around the hair.

Should I shave my legs the day of a pedicure?

No, get them waxed! All jokes aside, it is not recommended to shave immediately before a pedicure as this can lead to open pores (and often tiny nicks that you can't see) and this can be more susceptible to infection. While all equipment and tools are fully sterilized (beyond health board standards) and/or disposable. This is still a possibility and therefor not recommended.

Why should I get a cured polish vs regular lacquer with my mani/pedi?

Durability, Durability, Durability! A cured polish is just that, cured in a led/uv light to harden and cure the polish instantly for long lasting, durable, hard, chip and scratch resistant finish for 14-21 days of wear. Regular lacquer, although beautiful, takes time to dry, has little durability and flexibility and only lasts about 3-5 days. Cured polish allows you to instantly return to using your hands/ feet and instantly getting on with your day to day life.

What is your cancellation/booking policy?

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments can be made up to 48 hours prior to appointment time without charge. Within 48 hours of your appointment a 50% charge will apply. In the case of a no show for your appointment a 100% charge will apply and your account may be blocked from future visits.

All new appointments are required to be secured with a credit card via the confirmation link that will be sent to you via text and/or email. Appointments that are not confirmed within 24 hours of booking will be cancelled at our discretion.

Do I really have to confirm with a credit card?

Yes, Unfortunately all appointments must be confirmed via the confirmation link provided. We need to be fair to everyone and be sure we can accommodate our guests as our time is valuable and limited. We are unable to confirm over the phone, email or messaging. Our confirmation system is provided through a third party company with the built in measures and security needed to keep all of your information safe and secure. There is no option around this.
